As long as you have the correct bolt pattern for a wheel and tire like the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern # AM31994 and the available space for it to fit you could pretty easily swap to this larger size as it's very common for trailers to upgrade their tires to larger sizes.

I recommend using the Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C to replace your current tires. This has a load range C (1,050 lbs at 80 psi) and a speed rating of 81 mph. It is the only radial tire that we currently have in this size and you want to use radial tires for standard road use as they have more flex in the sidewall than bias tires. This flex allows them to dissipate heat better, so they run cooler.
